ASCCAP deploys its own capital into humanitarian and strategic projects worldwide. Engagement is by direct invitation. We do not solicit investment from the public.
"...prosperity thrives where discretion endures."
ASCCAP is a private consortium that funds and partners with projects we choose to back — humanitarian initiatives, infrastructure, and strategic private ventures across the globe.
We deploy our own capital and that of our principals. We are not a financial services provider, we do not pool money from the public, and we engage only with project sponsors we invite or who reach us by trusted introduction.
Every engagement is governed by absolute discretion, mutual non-disclosure, and the protection of the sponsor’s interests alongside our own.
Mutual non-disclosure governs every conversation. Project details remain confidential at all stages.
We consider projects across every continent — in any currency, in any jurisdiction lawful to us.
We back projects with our own money. We are the principal in every engagement — never an intermediary chasing a commission.
Every project is subject to rigorous due diligence, KYC, and source-of-wealth checks before we engage.
We back a small number of carefully chosen projects each year. Our work centres on four areas — always as principal, always by invitation, never as a service offered to the public.
We commit our own capital to private projects we have evaluated and chosen to back — infrastructure, energy, real assets, and strategic ventures — through bespoke structures agreed directly with the sponsor.
Learn more →Capital and operational support for humanitarian initiatives across the developing world — clean water, healthcare access, agriculture, education infrastructure — backed alongside governments, NGOs, and trusted local partners.
Learn more →For projects we engage with, we bring decades of structuring, governance, and execution experience — helping sponsors shape a project so it stands on its own merits, whether or not we ultimately commit capital.
Learn more →Where the scale or nature of a project warrants it, we partner alongside other principals — family offices, sovereign vehicles, strategic funds — in club deals we lead or join on agreed terms.
Learn more →We engage with a small number of projects each year. The path from first contact to capital deployment is deliberate and confidential.
A project reaches us by invitation or trusted introduction. We agree mutual non-disclosure terms before any sensitive detail is shared.
We review the project, the sponsor, and the structure. KYC, source-of-funds, and legal checks are completed in both directions.
If we proceed, we agree the structure, governance, and milestones in writing — bespoke to the project, never templated.
Capital is deployed against agreed milestones. The sponsor receives transparent reporting throughout the partnership.
We do not run programmes or products. Every engagement is shaped around the project, the sponsor, and the jurisdiction — agreed directly between principals, in writing, before a single pound is committed.
Submit a ProjectIf you are a project sponsor with a clearly defined humanitarian or private project, you may submit it for our consideration. Submission does not oblige us to engage and creates no client relationship. Read our legal & disclosure before submitting.
