For projects we engage with, we bring decades of structuring, governance, and execution experience — helping sponsors shape a project so it stands on its own merits. This is bespoke advisory work for sponsors we have agreed to work with. It is not investment advice and is not offered to the public.
How the project is owned, financed, and governed shapes whether capital partners will engage. We help sponsors get this right early.
What good board, audit, and reporting practice looks like for the project, calibrated to its size and the partners it expects to bring in.
Where useful, we introduce sponsors to legal, operational, and technical partners we know personally. We never take introducer commission.
Most projects fail in execution, not in concept. We focus relentlessly on milestone discipline, controls, and the hard parts most decks gloss over.
We scope what the project actually needs — structuring, governance, or execution support — before any engagement is agreed.
If we proceed, the engagement is governed by a written letter setting out scope, fees (if any), confidentiality, and conflicts policy.
Direct, candid sessions with the sponsor team. No off-the-shelf decks. We write what we actually believe and explain trade-offs honestly.
The sponsor retains ownership of every output. Our involvement ends, continues into a funding partnership, or pauses pending sponsor decision.
