Capital deployed is our own and that of our principals. There is no public fund, no pooled scheme, and no intermediary skimming the structure.
Every engagement is negotiated directly with the sponsor and documented under English (or relevant) law. We do not work to templates.
Capital is released against agreed milestones, not in a lump sum. This protects the project, our capital, and the integrity of delivery.
Where useful, we contribute governance, network, and operational experience alongside capital. We sit on the same side of the table as the sponsor.
Project reaches us by invitation or trusted introduction. Mutual NDA in place before any sensitive material is shared.
We evaluate the project on its merits, conduct KYC and source-of-funds on the sponsor, and exchange the same in return.
If we proceed, we agree the structure, governance, security, and milestones in writing. No surprises later.
Capital is deployed against milestones. The sponsor receives transparent reporting throughout the partnership.
